We are investigating how mammalian cells process information about intra- and extracellular cues through the intra-cellular signalling and gene-regulatory network. We are an interdisciplinary team of experimentalists and theoreticians and utilise mathematical models and theoretical concepts in order to analyse large- and medium scale datasets on signalling and gene expression.
We are hosted by the Laboratory of Molecular Tumor Pathology (Charite) and the Institute of Theoretical Biology (HU Berlin).
